Depends on #27

Automatically remove unused imports to help avoid fixes on #27
Also added automatic sorting of imports into [standard library, third-party, internal] – and alphabetical within the groups
Add pre-commit support (can either use locally with pre-commit run --all-files or with https://pre-commit.ci/ to add it to the CI)
