When user authenticates, (s)he should be directed to privacy page if no selection has ever been made, else dashboard #60

The first time you authenticate, we need to force the user to make a selection on her privacy manage data page. After this happens, all subsequent log ins from that user should take her straight to the dashboard page.

Let me know if this isn't clear!

I understand; to simplify this selection we could have the selection directly in the join dialog. So we could add a select with 4 values and make the user choose the default? What do you think about it?
