What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Consistant problem
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
*Cover art displayed above current movie playback position slider.
*It looks like it tries to load the dvd cover art - shows a blank dvd case
mock, then quickly switches to blank cd mock and stays. No artwork ever shows.

What version of XBMC Remote are you using?
v0.8.8-beta1

Which Android device are you using (and which ROM, if custom)?
Honeycomb 3 on Nook Color

Which XBMC revision are you running and on which platform?
Platform independent - problem exists on 11.0-beta 3 for Win 7 and Ubuntu 10.10

Please provide any additional information below.
Probably a low priority fix but figured I would mention it. Very amazing
functionality for a beta - keep up the good work!

By mock I mean placeholder. And I do have everything cataloged into the
library with all of the thumbs correctly. All of the menu's download fine,
just when I play an episode or movie the now playing screen lacks the artwork.
Album art for Music seems to work fine.

Also - when in the "Watch your TV Shows" menu - the banner images do not scale
correctly occasionally... they appear as approx 20x20px thumbs with black
filling the rest of the box. I would say one out of three do this, only on the
linked 11.0-beta3 windows box, the linux box seems to work fine. Possibly a
menu option to dump the cache of the current menu as a quick fix, not a
permanent solution tho.

Once again I am using a Nook Color with Honeycomb 3 running off a sd-card, so
my device is a tablet with a 7" screen, might be the cause of some of these
issues.

Attached log extract shows:
* Starting XBC Remote.
* Navigating to movie library.
* Selecting "A Scanner Darkly" to go to the movie details screen.
* Selecting Play Movie to start moving and move to Now Paying screen. Now
Playing screen does not display cover art, just a square jewel box placeholder.
* Letting movie play for ten seconds, then hitting stop on Now Playing screen.
* Hitting Back button until return to XBMC Remote main screen.
* Hitting the menu button and selecting Exit from the menu.

The HTTP request to start playback occurs at 03:08:56.590.

Device is an Asus Transformer tablet. OS is stock 4.0.3.

Samsung Galaxy Player 5.0
Model number YP-G70
F/W version 2.3.5
Kernel version 2.6.35.7-G70UEKI8-CL566269 se.infra@SEP-49 #2
Build number GINGERBREAD.UEKI8

XBMC REMOTE
Version 0.8.8-beta1
Build Revision 808

PC
Operating system Windows 7, 64-bit (WoW) Service Pack 1 build 7601
Processor Q9550
XBMC 11.0 Git:20120321-14feb09 (Compiled: Mar21 2012)

I am also not able to view album art on my Android device. Same as OP.

I am pulling my music down via a shared music folder on my home network away
from the PC that's running XBMC.

Additionally, when I choose the icon "Listen to Music", the first window
"Albums" indicates "No Albums found." Same for "Artists", "Genres", and
"Compilations". I do, however, see my music folder in the when pressing the
'folder' icon where I can browse my library.

Great app.
