Menu button in remote control mode does nothing #672

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Press Menu when using app as remote control

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect either the app or XBMC to return to the main menu. But nothing 
happens. 

What version of XBMC Remote are you using?

Latest in Google Play as of writing this

Which Android device are you using (and which ROM, if custom)?

Samsung Galaxy I9250 Nexus with Jelly Bean 4.1.1

Which XBMC revision are you running and on which platform?

RaspBMC updated as of time of writing, though not nightly builds. 

Please provide any additional information below.
