Covers are not downloaded when you have a password on the webserver #686

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Browse the collection
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should download the covers, but it shows no cover. It tries to download the 
cover with a direct url. Instead it should be using 
http://userid:password@<then the rest of the url>

What version of XBMC Remote are you using?
V0.9.0 Build revision 900 (build from git 27-12-2012)

Which Android device are you using (and which ROM, if custom)?
Archos 101IT with my own build/ported gingerbread (CM7)

Which XBMC revision are you running and on which platform?
XBMCbuntu frodo RC1

Please provide any additional information belowition
