Compatability with XBMC4XBOX #695

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Configure host to an XBMC4XBOX XBMC machine
2.Go to main screen
3.Get JSONRPC not found error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It looks like XBMC4XBOX have not as yet implemented JSONRPC, therefore the 
newest release of remote has stopped working with it.

This has a check box for use JSONRPC or not, and port config options, could 
this be rolled into the release version?

What version of XBMC Remote are you using?

v3.2 (newest)

Which Android device are you using (and which ROM, if custom)?

Numerous: HTC One v4.1, Astro Tab v4.0, SonyErrison Ray v2.4

Which XBMC revision are you running and on which platform?

XBMC4XBOX v3.2
