NOW PLAYING notification not removable #731

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Watch a movie
2. Shutdown XBMC with phone in sleep
3. Look for now playing notification 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If in watch a movie and Shutdown my xbmc afterwards (with phone sleeping), the 
"now playing" notification is still displayed and will never disappear. Either 
it should remove itself after a certain time without connection to the xbmc or 
be deletable. 

What version of XBMC Remote are you using?
Current android release (1.0.9) 

Which Android device are you using (and which ROM, if custom)?

HTC one, Google experience device with Android 4.4.2

Which XBMC revision are you running and on which platform?

Please provide any additional information below.

Sry forgot the xbmc version:
12.2 on Raspberry and x64 Windows 7
