Now playing - playlist only displays 100 items #732

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create playlist with more than 100 items in XBMC
2. View playlist in 'Now Playing' on Android XBMC Remote
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see the entire playlist content, not just the first 100 items

What version of XBMC Remote are you using?
12.3 Stable

Which Android device are you using (and which ROM, if custom)?
Samsung Galaxy Note 3, Android 4.3

Which XBMC revision are you running and on which platform?
12.3 on Windows 7 Pro x64
