The order of information should not be a documentation bug since users are supposed to read the UG in entirety.

Reason for disagreement: I was explaining it from my own user experience, where I did not understand why that bug happened until I scrolled all the way till page 9. While I agree ideally, users should read the whole UG before using the product, most of the time users would just go directly to the command that they want to use first.
