Responsibility of user to not duplicate. but we could potentially change it in future implementations, does not hinder user.

Furthermore, there is a possibility of the user actually having tasks of the same name.

Reason for disagreement: I find it unlikely to have the multiple of the same tasks on the same day that you would want to track. A warning or a confirmation message would be preferable.
