Surface2D --> remove Surface3D --> Mesh Mesh2D --> remove Mesh3D --> VolumeMesh

@dwastberg Fixed now in branch dev/rename-mesh-classes so let's merge this when you have made the corresponding changes in dtcc-io and dtcc-builder.
