Import CityGML via CityJSON #68

Import CityGML into the data model, possibly via CityJSON.

Print warning and document unsupported data.

Try importing a bunch of interesting datasets from https://github.com/OloOcki/awesome-citygml

There is a command line to do it, https://github.com/citygml4j/citygml-tools, so we close for now!
