Enhance the existing MET Grid-to-Grid tools to read output of new tc-rmw tool. #1086

Would be nice if we could generalize the existing grid-to-grid tools, like Grid-Stat, MODE, Wavelet-Stat, and Series-Analysis to read the output of this new tool. They could compute traditional statistics for this azimuthally averaged data.

This probably doesn't apply right now to the output of tc-rmw... but we may reconsider in the future. by johnhg
