The output_flag in the configuration files of the MET STAT tools indicates which verification methods should be applied and how they should be written to the output.
They can be set to a value of:
(1) NONE to skip this output type
(2) STAT to write the output to the .stat output file
(3) BOTH to write the output to both the .stat output file and a separate file for each individual line type
This task is to add a fourth option, named TXT (or something else?) to write the output only to the separate individual line type file and not the .stat file.
Need to make sure that if no STAT or BOTH output is requested, then no .stat output file is generated.
