The Color Zones module uses the "allow pan&zoom" shortcut (A) to switch to zoom mode. Normally, the mouse scroll wheel would then zoom in and out. When the "mouse wheel scrolls modules" option is switched on, one would have to hold ALT+CTRL (or just ALT) to have the scroll wheel impact the module itself. However, pressing ALT+CTRL while the A key is pressed now tries to process the CTRL+ALT+A shortcut (which in default config doesn't exist). So zooming doesn't work.
This should be addressed when all the "central view shortcuts" (aka view key_pressed shortcuts) are integrated into the shortcut framework. Then we'd also be able to assign the "allow pan&zoom" shortcut to a midi key, for example.
