NG Input: Jumping sliders #4

I set up a shortcut to use a key press in combination with a mouse move or scroll. When using this shortcut sometimes the slider undertakes quite large jumps, occasionally even all the way to the end of the slider.

N.B. I'm using a Logitech K400+ (comination keyboard and touchpad) and haven't tested this with a "proper" mouse. The issue occurs on [two-fingered] scroll as well as on horizontal and vertical mouse movements.

I think I have occasionally seen that; but not consistently. I'll reproduce and fix. Thanks!
