I've committed a fix for this to the Experimental Tab Branch. Warning, now that ToC can be spread across 100's of pages, it's very slow to fetch the ToC, and can fail. Please try to install from source https://github.com/dteviot/WebToEpub/tree/ExperimentalTabMode#how-to-install-from-source and let me know what you find.
