kis cannot uninstall #110

Requires exiting kis process before able to uninstall.

kis protected from Stop-Process and Stop-Service
right-click kis trayicon > Exit
- cannot be performed in AHK

Since KIS protects from automated uninstall, I need to add a notification to the uninstall script if the process fails so the user is notified they need to manually exit the process.
