Suffix name typo #45

The "input-to-solver" suffixes should be called e.g. "ipopt_zL_in" (I believe) and are declared as such in the suffix array, but the warning says that e.g. "ipopt_zL_out" are not defined.

Hi @Robbybp , sorry I for some reason I can't get github notifications. So I have to check them from time to time manually. I am glad you have taken some interest into k_aug. You are definitely right in this one.
