update maintainers #189

author+contributors is used to create a high level "maintainers" file in npm. I added my info to the contributors array.

Withdrawing. Doesn't look like @dthree is able to look at MR's, so I don't want to bog down his namespace/email from activity alerts for this project.

Will submit a MR with deprecation notice and fork details if I do any significant work with this moving forward.
