Added yarn, updated all dependencies except inquirer #208

Latest inquirer (2.0.0) breaks 3 tests which I hope to investigate in the near future!

Used yarn 0.19.1 on OSX to generate files and yarn/npm test have passed.

inquirer 3 looks much better, submitting different PR for clarity
