The dist file changes were introduced when I ran the tests. I'm not sure if they should be committed or not, let me know 🙂
I also noticed that test/util/util.js doesn't seem to be required anywhere and all of the tests pass if it is deleted. I am not sure if there are future plans for it so I didn't remove it, but I wanted to bring it up just in case.
