Implements Babel 6 in Gulp (gulp build or gulp watch)
Removes the unused eslint dependency and uses gulp-xo for all linting
Converts the UI class to ES6, using the class keyword, const/let, block scoping, arrow functions, and more.
I'd like to get Babel into the main project immediately so any code written can immediately begin to take advantage of it while we convert all other files.
