Fixes a few identified problem when building this library with Visual Studio 2019

std::max conflicts with macro max, define WIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN and NOMINMAX to avoid this problem
add a missing include directive
std::random_shuffle is deprecated in C++14 and removed in C++17. Replace it by std::shuffle

Hi @dthuerck - Here are some fixes I needed to use this library with MSVC2019. SHaring as they could be useful for others! Thanks for the nice piece of software
