Hi, many thanks for your comment!
Your welcome, even the smallest support is helpful. I had a feeling that line-height issue was a head scratcher! No problem - workaround: changed user account display to icon.
Hi, dtinth. I use the convenient-script to create ubuntu fonts, the original fonts is from http://font.ubuntu.com
After I place ubuntu fonts in Library/Fonts, I change font successfully.
But I can not open chrome browser any more, it crashed when I launch. When I move away the fonts, logout and login , the chrome browser works now.
This is a problem of Chrome; somehow it works quite differently when trying to find the system font. But it may also have to do with the way the script renames fonts.
I'll have to experiment with it more (both naming and scaling issues). But I am busy right now, so expect a fix some time later.
Installing Ubuntu font alongside with the patched font may help.
I have tried install ubuntu font alongside with the patched font, the chrome browser still dose not work.
My schedule is currently full, so I'll look into it later, thanks for reporting.
There is also an issue with font alignment in VLC with Avenir Next:
Closed in favor of #12 (scaling issue) and #11 (chrome issue). Please continue the discussion there.
Firstly you are a genius life saver for creating this highly efficient and helpful project, THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Just thought I'd give you some feed back, everything works great in the whole package, except:-
-: the user account name in the menu bar sits out of place, as shown in the screen shot:
-: the system font typefaces that are used in the UI are all of them so all 10 typefaces need patching. So you might want clarify and amend the section in your "manual" guide for the more novice users, like myself. Just a tip.
Thank you so much.
