Currently using ICM certificate on Dev Subscription.

This issue should be resolved once the Assistant is moved to 163GC (because it will use the F5 SSC firewall and manage certificates)

prerequisite -163GC Prod Subscription -Move Assistant to 163GC Canada.ca subdomain

I have a solution after discussing with a coworker. I will try to use a service like let's encrypt and move away from ICM, this will remove this problem entirely.
