Use hard coded private IPs of the Varnish servers instead. The header check breaks drush and direct access to Apache.

Went with REMOTE_ADDR instead since this will always be the private IP from Nginx.
This supports direct Apache testing from within the subnet as well.
Drush errors are now also suppressed for the REMOTE_ADDR check.
