MySSC: ansible playbook to do config exports #72

Playbook will run from pipeline:

  1. drush cex
  2. If changes, git clone myssc-drupal
  3. Add, commit and push all config changes as a new branch for review and merging.

Pipeline now has manual job to export prod config.
