Use BIS config document to create vagrantfile to provision the VM.

Email sent. Will need to also request disable of hyper-v since it's VMware based.

Forgot that Vagrant VMware plugin had a $79 license cost per user.

Looking at mech as an alternative: https://github.com/mechboxes/mech

Mech has pretty much been abandonned. Will use the ansible-dev-laptop as a starting point and follow through BIS's setup doc to see what's possible.

Local dev VM created and configured with Ansible. Network speed is now the blocker. Since everything's going over the SSC network, it is painfully slow to do anything that requires bandwidth (Docker image pulls, large downloads, etc).
