Parent/Child node selection in create/edit of node is hard to use #167

The multi list boxes for selecting parents and children when creating and editing nodes is very difficult to use. The solution is to allow for two list boxes with move left/right buttons.

Agreed. This was first gen with the plan to move towards this. Actually if you have more time, more more elements should be moved out of form fields and into dialogues and things of that nature (except where it impacts RESTful functionality)
