Eliminate Date Modified form controls #33

Remove the Date Modified from the form controls for all domain objects (EG, node, filter, node type, attribute, etc)

Not seeing this in node except in 'show' view. did you want this removed from 'show' view? If we remove from show view, this is VERY hard to view any other way if they do not move this into their own RDBMS.
