merge nodetype and template #4

thinking that nodetype and template can be merged. nodetypes are so universal that if a custom nodetype needs to be declared like a second 'server-type', it can just be declared under a new nodetype as 'server (new definition)' or whatever.

This way, it simplifies collection of data on recursive structures.

Something for future functionality perhaps?

I agree. It's a good simplification and I don't think I can see the benefit outweighing the complexity at this time.
