Add 'order' field to templateattribute domain allowing an 'order' to be set to attributes in a given template. This allows one to arrange attributes in a template as they create it so it appears in a view or returns in XML/query as they want it to.

Not crucial but a nice to have at some future date.

Wouldn't require one to set any additional information; just setup drag-n-drop or promotion/demotion functionality with input fields

Note to self: nodetype edit should allow you to change order of attributes at very least

Issue #40 has higher priority than this feature as this one is currently considered future nice-to-have.
