Consistent display of ID in show views #85

For all the show views, place the ID in the same style and position in the blue box as shown in Show Node view (i.e. http://localhost:8080/node/show/1).

The following need updating:

Show NodeType
Show Attribute
Show Filter
Show Webhook

I will make it as consistent as it is in the Node view.
