no settings - button in version 0.2.2 #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install version 0.2.2
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There is no "settings" button anymore, like previous version, I cannot set days 
to autoarchive

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Settings has been moved in account settings - Archiving settings

I have 8 accounts in my TB - why settings are not general?
