autoarchive does not start #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Autoarchive in Thunderbird. 
2. Set options to archive files more than 30 days old.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see files more than 30 days old moved to Archive folder.
Instead, there is no movement of files.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Autoarchive 0.2.2 on Thunderbird 17.0.3 in Windows XP SP3, 32 bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
I am setting the "Archive Options" to "Yearly archived folders" with "keep 
existing folder stucture of archived messages".
