HAQAST website improvement #1

We are building a new website as a HAQAST data portal: http://gis.csiss.gmu.edu/HAQAST

Please take a look and comment on how we can improve the website.

I can change the URL to remove the port number which sometimes will cause problems in user networks. The URL is: http://gis.csiss.gmu.edu/HAQAST

@semylab nice interface. Bootstrap is excellent choice to make good looking website.

But I cannot see the words in the legend clearly at first sight, unless I zoom in the page. I am not sure if I am the only one.
