Change to make the app work with latest dependencies

• Updated mahlar-angular-dashboard css & js links to reflect latest naming convention
• Updated pines-notify css & js links to reflect latest naming convention
• Changed underscore with lodash to properly resolve _.merge() function

Now when cloning the repository, running npm install && bower install && grunt server --force should get the app up and running
