Prototype of documentation site #61

Following up on PR #50 (see branch), create a more complete prototype of a documentation site using Sphinx based on the content from bitcoin.org.

Prototype is at https://github.com/dtr-org/docs.unit-e.io/pull/5 now. We have a site running at http://docs.unit-e.io (password protected for now) which is served from the git repository https://github.com/dtr-org/docs.unit-e.io via Travis.

Closing this issue. Follow up work will be tracked in subsequent issues and pull request.
