Remove the documents which have been moved
Adapt table of contents and other references
Add references to the new locations of the moved ADRs

Should they be marked with "migrated to UIP "?

The README.md has a list of migrated ADRs at the bottom with links to the new location as UIP. Also the UIPs have a changelog entry that they have been migrated from an ADR. You think we need more than that?
