Make formatting of RPC commands consistent #1030

Format help of sendtypeto and stakeat RPC commands to conform to the format used by other commands as well
Fix some typos

Since we are merging with 0.17 and 0.18 right after that I am wondering whether we should put effort into this. Bitcoin introduced helper classes to have consistent formatting automatically.

Yeah, this is only what is needed to fix some breakage in the generation of the docs right now. There is certainly more which could be done to make the help better, but you are right, we should look at that after the upstream sync (if there is anything left to make better then 😉).
