Rename FinalizationTx to FinalizerCommit #830

This PR renames ContextualCheckFinalizationTx to ContextualCheckFinalizerCommit and CheckFinalizationCommit to CheckFinalizerCommit, to better adhere to the naming conventions ADR-0025.

Curious question, will we rename *Tx occurrences to Commits? Is it smth planned?
