Rename executables

• Rename united to unit-e
• Rename unite-cli to unit-e-cli
• Rename unite-tx to unit-e-tx
• Rename config file from unite.conf to unit-e.conf to match the client name.
• Rename environment variables in test framework from UNITED to UNIT_E and UNITECLI to UNIT_E_CLI.
• Adjust variables in build system

These changes make the user-visible names consistent with the overall unit-e naming conventions. Should improve usability.

There are some internal names which still use the "unite" spelling. This is left as it is, at least for now, as it doesn't affect users and is more convenient in some cases.

This addresses #821

built on macos and ubuntu, runs unit tests and functional tests fine.

The datadir is ~/.unite. Should we change this to ./unit-e maybe?
