LGTM, left a few minor comments.

Only thing I would like to clarify is: Do we announce reboots of the alpha testnet, if so where? Like do we maybe have a status page or are we announcing it on twitter... ?

makes sense, I'll setup a simple status page today and add a link in a follow-up PR
