Added steps to the windows manual installation guide. The first new step is to set execution policy to unrestricted in the powershell. The second new step is to open an anaconda prompt and run conda init. I've also added an image of searching for the anaconda prompt just as with the powershell. This was done because we had a student write to us recently, because he ran into some problems that seemed like they could be caused by these two steps not being in the guides.
