Request small change to support recognition of the undated format in this file, 
when using a local build of haxe:
http://haxe.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/doc/CHANGES.txt

Add literal "?" as part of Regex

This doesn't seem useful now - was there really a '?' in the date? Sounds like 
a wild patch.

yes there was. It's between releases I guess.
