For Issue: #3

New heading "Settings" on index page.
Added font toggle button to index page.
Input font is set to what you will be changing TO.
Alternate font is set to Arial as its a system font. Happy to change to a google font if needed.

Note: I've left the cursor default instead of pointer as this is an action and not a web link. Welcome to change if you feel differently.
