Track "Cross-platform e2ee message sync" #13

This is a request to add a new row (called Cross-platform e2ee message sync) to the spreadsheet that tracks whether or not encrypted messages are synced between all of a user's devices across all platforms.

Problem

On some apps (eg Telegram), if you receive an end-to-end encrypted message, then it will not be received on all of the devices that you've installed the app onto.

In other apps (eg Wire), if you receive an end-to-end encrypted message, then it will be received on all of the devices that you've installed the app onto.

This important difference is currently not being tracked by privacyspreadsheet.com

Solution

A new row (called Cross-platform e2ee message sync) will display if an app does or does not display end-to-end encrypted messages on all of the devices that you've installed the app onto.

If an app displays all sent & received end-to-end encrypted messages on all of the devices and all of the platforms that you've installed the app onto, then a green Yes should appear.

If there's ever a situation where some end-to-end encrypted messages do not appear on all of the devices and all of the platforms that you've installed the app onto, then a red No should appear.
