The webhook seems not to work once the payement is done #137

Hello, First, Thank you for this amazing module.

I tried to use it in vain, I can perform a full enrolment experience using Stripe, but it ends up failing at the final step so the student can't join the course, talking about the webhook notification sent to Moodle.

The exact error is:

Access to tecu5909.odns.fr was denied, you don't have authorization to view this page. HTTP ERROR 403

PHP:8.2 Moodle version:4.3 Plugin version: Stripe Payment (enrol_stripepayment) 3.4.4 (Build: 2023101400)

I'm closing this since I missed a step (Enable Web Service) within the documentation. My bad, Thanks for the nice instructions.
