Regarding "after entering the coupon code and clicking in the button it happens nothing and no price reduction is applied.". The plugin is not catching the right exceptions so that if an error occurs such as invalid coupon entered it aborts (i.e. does nothing) rather than display a red text line saying invalid code. I can provide a patch for that if interested
